Direct Edge seems to be getting noticed a lot lately. Maybe it’s the fact that it’s the third-largest equities marketplace in America, or the fact that it’s the only one of the four major U.S. stock markets to grow its market share in 2009. Whatever the reason, Direct Edge seems to be hot right now, and I noticed another piece today in the Securities Industry News that focuses on a key part of their business where they’re using 29West.
